Shipping Information

Milestones will ship your order Free of charge when you purchase the minimum amount indicated on our home page. Free shipping applies to orders in the US and Canada only. Free shipping is Standard USPS.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange witin 30 days. (See the bottom of this email for more details on returns and exchanges).

Milestones can ship virtually anywhere in the world and provide the best rates available. We ship all orders the same day we receive them. (Prior to 3pm EST). Orders that are placed after 3pm will be shipped the following day, excluding Sundays and U.S. Holidays. Free shipping promotions apply to First Class, Flat Rate shipping only unless otherwise indicated. Overseas orders are shipped in the same manner as US orders.

All flat rate shipping is only $4.95 unless you qualify for free shipping. We also provide low rates on Priority and Express shipping.


We recommend insuring your package even if you qualify for free shipping. Occasionally packages are lost by The United States Post Office. If a package is lost by USPS and we have shipped to the correct address Milestones will not be responsible for replacing the item. Therefore, we do suggest purchasing insurance for $2.95 by clicking one of the insurance shipping options. Insurance is automatically included in priority and express packages so there is no need to include it with those shipping methods. Milestones will do everything we can to help locate any lost or misplaced packages.

We do require that that you contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your purchase. All items must be in their original condition. Refunds and exchanges for items returned after thirty days of the purchase date will be in the form of a store credit redeemable on your next purchase. We are sorry but the original shipping charges are not refundable.
