What's On Your Playlist?
Last week, Melody completed her first triathlon, Top Gun down in Ft DeSoto. Congratulations Melody! She swam, biked, and ran her way to the finish line with a smile on her face.
During Melody’s training for the triathlon, her and I ran together several times and one of the many things we talked about was music playlists.
To listen or not?
I haven’t run with music in quite awhile but I remember when I did, my playlist was all over the place. Melody and I are clearly meant to be friends because her playlist is also all over the place. It’s Your Playlist…..
Design your playlist around your likes. What keeps you moving? What makes you
want to run farther or faster? Or what will help you tune out the day and just
enjoy the moment? It’s also a good idea
to update your playlist from time to time so you don’t get bored.
We’d love to hear what you have on your playlist – leave us a comment with you favorite, must-have song to listen to while running.
